Who is the world’s greatest ladies’ man? Who is as sick, as slick, and as fly as one can be? That’s right ladies and gents; that person is Dr. Gupta! Born as Vikas Shoksantik Gupta in the booming city of Mumbaii, he was doomed to be a telemarketer from birth. However, Vikas Gupta decided he would take a different course in life. He wanted to break the stereotype. At a young age he broke out of his house and stole his neighbor’s moped and rode and rode until he got to Moscow, Russia. However, upon arrival in Moscow, he was kidnapped by the Russian Mafia. Long story short, after single-handedly bringing down the entire mafia, he decided to date Russian supermodels simply because he could. At one of these international pageants he met Lil Snow and L.K.C. and after getting to know them (biblically…at the same time), they both pointed him in the direction of Von Phat and the rest is history in the making. Also, if you read Drizzle’s bio, you’ll know that Gupta did this all during grade school because they have been rapping together on the playground since then. Gupta is now the leading front-man of Von Phat and is pretty much the sole reason as to why they will get anywhere in their career, but he’s not sure that the rest of the band knows any of that. It’s cool with him though, he’s content with silent modesty.

    Aamir Vikas Moharir was born in Zoetermeer, Holland. During his time in the Netherlands he learned to speak fluent Dutch, English, Hindi, and Marathi. He also spent much of his downtime watching the Sound of Music and Michael Jackson music videos (he wishes he was kidding about that). A few years later he moved to Landenberg, PA for elementary school. It was around this time that he also lost all fluency in Dutch and Hindi, while retaining a small portion of Marathi. In 2000, he moved to Katy, TX and after a few years of school he found his passion for theatre and film. After spending one year as a Communications/Pre-med Microbiology major at the University of Oklahoma, he decided to move to New York and pursue the art of the theatre at Hofstra University. Aamir aspires to work in the entertainment industry in either the performance or production field. He is a member of the award-winning film team, Vowel Productions, enjoys dabbling around with stand-up comedy, and loves to socialize and meet people. He is also an avid traveler and hopes to one day complete 2 life goals a.) by setting foot upon all 7 continents on this earth (he has 2 left) and b.) re-learning Dutch & Hindi and complete his learning of French, Spanish, and Italian. Aamir is currently going to be entering his second year at Hofstra University and is extremely excited for the future of Von Phat!
