Sixpac can speak in eight languages and rap in twelve. As the composer and producer for the group, he holds the power to make anyone sound good or bad depending on the weather. When Sixpac was a child, he realized Hogwarts wasn’t real, and shortly thereafter decided to dedicate the rest of his life to rapping about the troubles he’s seen. Sixpac created “I’m A Gangster” with his childhood friend Phat Phunk Drizzle, and Von Phat formed when their group of grade school buddies realized how much cooler they could become as unnoticed rap stars. Sixpac has never won a spelling bee in his entire life.

Ben Chai composes, performs with, and produces for Von Phat. He currently attends the University of Southern California, where he is studying theatre arts, songwriting, and Italian language and literature. After being convinced to participate in a school play in junior high, he soon realized that his greatest artistic aspiration is to have the freedom to create whatever he wanted through music, theatre, and film, some of which he has attempted with his grade school buddies and the other members of Von Phat. Ben is the co-founder and artistic director of Black Acre Theatre. Fight on!
